Terms of Service

• Free tier (BYOK) requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key — extraction calls bill against your account, not Aeon.
• Paid plans (Pro $49/mo, Team $149/mo, Governance $499/mo) include platform-managed LLM and billing.
• All published skills are signed by your tenant's ed25519 key. Tampered or unsigned skills are refused at the runtime gate.
• The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated skills and output before relying on them.
• Aeon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months (or CAD $100 on the Free tier). See the full Terms for details.
• Manage or cancel a paid plan any time through the Stripe billing portal (Billing tab). The audit log is append-only; a copy of your data is available on request.
